High strength anti-erosion and wear castable for furnace
It is mainly used for casting industrial furnace linings in contact with high temperature gas and solid materials, such as electric furnace top, ladle cover, heating furnace top, soaking furnace cover and furnace wall, heat treatment furnace lining, cement rotary kiln cooling cylinder lining, and vertical baking furnace lining, etc. It can also be used for containers, flukes and components in discontinuous contact with high temperature melt. Such as electric furnace steel trough, hot metal desulfurization agitator, etc., can also be used as an industrial boiler, furnace mouth, side wall, top, return device and other parts, can also be used as an industrial furnace repair, mainly to improve the toughness, strength and thermal shock resistance of the cast lining.
